We had a wonderful time at the resort, especially enjoying the whale watching package, which was an added bonus. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were all very gracious. However, there were some cleanliness issues in our room that detracted from the experience. Overall, it was a beautiful stay with excellent amenities, but it could benefit from better room upkeep.

My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The location is stunning, steeped in history, with gorgeous gardens to explore. The dining experience, especially at Churchill's Restaurant, was exceptional with attentive service and delicious food. However, I faced a few challenges at check-in and my room had a musty odor. Overall, it has potential to be a wonderful retreat if the maintenance issues are addressed.
